These terms govern your use of the Gathersense marketing site and, where applicable, the platform. This is a launch draft; the binding version is supplied by counsel before publish.
Using this site
You may read this site and contact us through it. Please do not misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to break the law.
The platform
Access to the Gathersense platform is governed by a separate written agreement between your organisation and Gathersense. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement wins.
The lawyer keeps the judgment
Gathersense reads, surfaces, drafts, and records. The lawyer reviews, decides, and signs. Nothing the platform produces is legal advice, and a draft is a first draft for you to refine, never finished work.
Intellectual property
The Gathersense name, brand, and the content of this site belong to Gathersense and AGByte. Your firm's playbook, clauses, templates, and documents remain yours.
No warranty beyond the agreement
This site is provided as is. Any commitments about the platform, its availability, and its security live in your written agreement, not on this page.
