Write your first playbook.

Guide · 5 steps · For people who write your standards

In short

A playbook is your team's positions, written down: for each topic, what you want, what you can accept and where you walk away. Every review checks contracts against it.

Step 1

Open Playbooks

In Gathersense, open Playbook from the menu on the left and choose New playbook.

Step 2

Name it after a type of contract

For example, Client Services Agreements. Keep one playbook for each type of contract you review.

Step 3

Add a topic

For each topic, such as limitation of liability, write what you want, what you can accept and where you walk away.

Step 4

Mark your red lines

Say how serious it is when a contract crosses the line, so those findings show first.

Step 5

Publish the version

When it is ready, publish it. New reviews use it, and each review records the version it used.
